  I always have had a great experience here. They have always had cars & I was able to get in and out really fast. I appreciate all the hard work everyone does there.

  The last two experiences here were enough for me to never rent from them again and thankfully I wont how to anymore. The first bad one started when I requested to be picked up for a 8:30 appointment in which I was never picked up after waiting an hour. I ended up getting an uber and was late for my pickup due to this and to work as work. This time, I’ve had to provide documentation of my new home over 3 different times and I don’t understand why if I did it before. I get that I haven't updated my drivers license with the new address yet but I haven't had to provide that information with every agent only when I'm dealing with Christina the one with the ashy crusty lips. She was uninterested in helping me from the jump giving a bad attitude. She then lied and said it was be only 10 mins for my rental to be ready but it ended up being 20 mins then when we went outside I booked for a Nissan Altima or similar which was right next to the car I ended up getting. I asked why I could not get that one which I booked weeks in advance for and she said it would be cost more which was a lie. I told her repeatedly that I needed to go because I was going to be late for work and I anticipated the 10 mins would be all I had to wait before being able to leave. She said she never told me that and continued to disregard what I said and act as if I'm a new customer that she has never dealt with me relaying all of the same things Im already aware of which I do not have to go thru with any of the other agents because I've built a good rapport with them and I understand my needs and wants perfectly. Nothing has changed since I've been renting from them way back in 2022. I could tell she was doing it out of spite to irritate me as she had a smirk on her face while she continue to prolong my time with a condescending tone and disregard for my time which I repeatedly told her I needed to go. I was already mislead with the time I was told initially and now this is the second time I was going to be late for work due to this team's incompetence and inability to work in a timely manner to accommodate their customers properly. Then when I returned the car today I did not receive a feedback form as normal or received a confirmation email stating that my deposit would be return. I called and asked about this and the manager pretended that it was one sent before but I've never had an issue receiving it before. She sent me a confirmation that was very different than any other emails I've ever received from them. They are clearly trying to prevent me from making a formal complaint which is why reached out to corporate and leaving a review here as well. My experience WILL be documented.

  I called in advance to notify Enterprise Rent-a-Car that I was disabled and did not have the physical ability to sit for prolong periods of time. They said they would pick me up from Cannon Collision Center in 15-minutes. It took over an hour, then another 20-minute wait at Enterprise. The amount of pain I experienced from the wait was unbearable. Isabella, This unethical and unprofessional act was much, much more than an inconvenience-it was an illegal act. I posted this review to make the public aware of Enterprise Rent-a-Car Oxford MS lack of concern for the elderly and disabled. You describe a criminal act as an inconvenience. Seriously? You need to review Enterprise Rent-a-Car policy. I will not be contacting you, and do not contact me again. Dr. G
