  Properly the worst carwash I ever used. Paid 18$ aaand nothing. The car is still dirty on all the sides.

  I seriously paid $20 for nothing. I decided to try the extras today since this was a location I have never tried before and I'm new to the area. I saw a review that the vacuums are ok and that is the main reason I went because my SUV is filthy inside. I went through the carwash only to see at the vacuums are turned off and they would not be opening them today because of possible ice. I get that but already agitated because of the storm and no power for a week, I would have liked some type of customer service support. I asked could I come back for a vacuum another time or day, could not get an answer. It would be nice to tell your customers as they are pulling in and you are standing at the kiosk that vacuums are off today "for your safety" as a heads up. The vacuums is in the price! Then I get a good look at my car and its barely clean! The front is not as bad as the back. It's like the back of my SUV seen zero water and soap. Its still very dirty...black almost. They don't even pre-hit the front window or back before you go in or give you the option to do that like other car washes. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the guy who took my payment was nice as he was trying to sell me a membership. I almost considered it but after the experience today, not worth the money. The wash was basic at best. Not the extras.

  My daughter just got home from college and we were discussing the tire she had to buy as it was ready to burst. I asked her how she saw that and she proceeded to tell me when she was at the carwash and the attendant working told her about it and told her how important it was she goes right to the tire store. This was back in September but it's the first time I am hearing about it. She said how nice they always are at your carwash. I just want to tell you how absolutely gracious I am for the attendant to take the time to alert her and then tell her the importance of getting it fixed. She was going to the airport two days later. I have no doubt he saved her from a blowout as the tire store said it was very dangerous. Thank you so much! I wish I had the attendants name.

  The employees are nice and the car wash is great! I love getting to use the free detail center after a car wash.
