  The price almost doubled from when Meinekee was there but I guess that’s to be expected. Might I add that they are friendly people. There were a few inconveniences but they handled it with grace. I want to thank them for their patience with me and their ability to fix my car. I almost overlooked them because they were operating as a different business but they were the only people that took my original invoice and fixed my car back to normal as far as I can see. They were quick and kept me updated.

  My daughter and I actually showed up at the same time. Its the nearest location to us so we basically had the same great experience. NICE, CLEAN STOREFRONT/WELCOMING STAFF: For starters, I walked in to a clean environment. Austin/Matt were welcoming and got right to me. It wasn't any additional customers only my daughter getting checked in. I had an appt so they had most of my information. Matt got the rest of the details and I presented my coupon. LOCATION: I live in Shelby County, right outside of Olive Branch so the distance wasn't long. It was able to make it there less than ten minutes VALUABLE OIL CHANGE w/COUPON: That was another great thing..the oil change was very very valuable in these times. Even if I didn't have the coupon, the prices were likely one of the lowest in town. FAST SERVICE: Sitting in the lobby chatting with my daughter and it seemed like less than ten mins later, Austin was informing her that her car was almost ready. FUN TIME: Minutes later, Travis brought her car up and had us laughing! Then Mr Funny Guy Brannigan came around with my Nox and gave us more laughs. We were so happy and very surprised at the little wait time. Those techs really know how to have fun in such little time and get you out for whatever awaits ahead. The atmosphere overall was amazing. The attention to detail as well as explanation Austin gave pertaining to what happens in an alignment were very helpful for me. They definitely make you feel welcome to come back. Thanks Guys - I shall return in about 5K miles. Look forward to the same great people so continue your amazing work and niceeeeee characteristics. I will be sending others your way very soon!!!

  They offered a “ free tire rotation “ with the oil change. Waited for two hours on the service. Car went in perfectly fine, came out unbalanced and heavily shaking. We spoke with the employee over the phone and were told to bring it back. Once there the employees tried to charge us more money to “rebalance the tires”… this place is money hungry and will try to jack the customers for any extra money they can get! Will not be returning!

  From beginning to end John and his crew were excellent. They made the whole experience bearable. They handled the warranty company. They were professional from beginning to the end. They were respectful and friendly. They have earned my repeat business. I'm very pleased. If I could give more stars I would.

  I want to start by saying the mechanics and the store manager have always been pleasant to work with, and my first visit a few months ago went well. Unfortunately, every visit since then has been a frustrating experience specifically due to the lack of communication from Matt. I scheduled two online appointments for an issue with my coolant gauge and never received a response. When I finally booked in person, I dropped my car off early in the morning at 7:30am and didn’t hear anything all day. After calling at 5pm, I learned the car hadn’t even been touched. I ended up paying for rides and wasting a full day for nothing. I caught a lyft and retrieved my car. Two weeks later, I booked another appointment in person. Again, I dropped the car off at 8am and received no updates. When I called at 5pm, Matt said the diagnostic was done and he’d send an estimate—nothing ever came. My car remained at the shop overnight. I had to show up the next morning at 7:30am just to get basic information. Only then did I finally receive a verbal estimate, along with uncertainty about whether they could even complete the repair if I left the car until 5pm. Throughout this entire process, Matt showed poor communication and became frustrated when I expressed how many appointments and delays it took just to get a simple diagnostic. He became irritated and cut me off mid sentence saying he wasnt even clocked in. I let him speak without interruption and simply asked to pay the diagnostic fee and retrieved my car. I understand the shop is busy, but communication is the bare minimum. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down updates or repeatedly call just to find out the status of their own vehicle. If any of this is disputed Ill be contacting corporate with more details.
