  I’m a monthly member, with automatic monthly payments being drafted from my checking account. I really liked the car wash quality. However, on yesterday, I went through the member’s lane; and this morning, I discovered that the staff charged my checking account a separate charge for yesterday’s car wash. I am trying to call customer service; but nobody is answering me. This is extremely disappointing and I am about to cancel my membership!!! I am the daughter of a 22 year Navy Veteran’s military widow!!! I am also a Registered Nurse!!! I had also not been informed that there’s a 20% discount for military and Veterans, teachers, etc… I didn’t see this until I went online to find the customer service phone number!!! You all get a 2-star rating overall from me because customer service quality is what makes your business successful!!!

  I love your car wash. I was a member of a different car wash a few blocks down on their facility wasn’t as clean, their equipment wasn’t as thorough as yours and you have better hours for working people.

  People will kill your business! We sat for ever waiting for someone to even acknowledge our large SUV. There were 3 men standing with their backs turned laughing and talking right next to the car. Then another person was filling towels and he looked right at us and went inside the building. It was 6:30 and there were other cars and they were clearly open for business. Cars behind us were all waiting for the employees to actually work. We all left! Im sure the owner would be sad to know how much income he may be missing with these shenanigans. See photos below. I can not recommend this location at this time . Do better!

  My car was FILTHY and it came out super clean and shiny down to the tires, I was pleasantly surprised 😁 They also have free towels to use and free vacuums so it's a win!! I will definitely be returning!!
