- WMWithout Mail3 days ago2.0After waiting in a line for half an hour (a ok, they were busy), I then pull in to the bay, no one really talked to me for four or five minutes, I then asked if anyone was going to help me, they said another 10 to fifteen minutes after the finished the other cars. I asked if they were short staffed, they said yes. I can’t blame them that someone didn’t come into work, but at the same time, I saw the manager and one or two other employees go into the office, laughing and talking about something else. One if those people very well could have talked with me, or gotten down to start draining my oil, that’s not too much to ask. I did end up leaving and going somewhere else, but it was an incredibly frustrating process.
