  Best car wash I’ve been too! I’ve been to car washes where I leave (and pay more) with my car still dirty in spots. Not here!! Vacuuming and clean drying towels are a great bonus!

  Came here today and the young guy with dreads seemed like he didn’t even want to be at work. He mumbled under his breath and I let him know I didn’t hear a word he said. He then showed me the cc machine to pay and I was tapping my card and when I saw it didn’t work, I asked does tap not work? He shook his head no. If you don’t want to be at work, then don’t work! Bad customer service ruins it for me. So I won’t be back just because of that.

  The best car washes in the Memphis area, in my opinion! A great value with a monthly membership, as well. Both the Southaven and Olive Branch locations have better maintained and newer equipment than Zips and other automated car washes I've been to. I'm hoping they'll open some locations in Memphis soon!

  Onsite staff are friendly and work really hard but the company”s customer service is poor at best. I emailed and called them MULTIPLE TIMES to address an issue I had with the car wash leaving little black spots on my finish. I sent pictures and video. I never heard back from anyone. The staff didn’t seem to know what to do. I finally decided to cancel my years long membership because it just wasn’t worth it. The wash was supposed to be a convenient timesaver but I would spend an hour trying to remove all the spots.
