- EWErica williamsOct 31, 20251.0I went through this car wash literally 3 weeks (10.12.2025) ago, 1 of the guys wrapped my back windshield wiper with blue tape,( He didn't ask me for consent or nothing of the sort) once I came out the washer, I noticed my back windshield wiper was broken off, now mind u I always go through automatic carwashes without any problems and definitely non of the workers putting tape on my truck without alerting me, nevertheless I let the assistant manager ( black guy with a beard know, and he brought me out a clip board to do an accident report and told me the manager would give me a call tomorrow ( 3 weeks ago) I'm still waiting for this non responsive irresponsible so called manager to call me, This is ridiculous for customers to be treated like this and why are u avoiding customers and it's your fault the reason my back windshield wiper is broken.. I want my windshield wiper replaced immediately, I'll be up there with the police next time so I can get a police report, and we will see each other in court,. It's the principle of the whole thing. Lead with Dignity Honor and Respect ‼️‼️‼️
