Clean place, clean showers. Not the best customer service. The parking lot was more than full, and there was one reserved spot empty with no sign indicating that it was already taken. We parked and went inside to pay. They called the manager, who did not show the best attitude when telling us that the spot had already been sold. My question is: if that was the case, why not clearly mark the spot as unavailable? Just like me, others will assume it’s open. We arrive tired and with limited hours, so it’s frustrating to waste time — or have it wasted for us.

I’m here at 1:30 PM on a Saturday. The truck parking should be empty. But it’s completely full. Which means this truckstop is being used as a drop lot essentially, making it difficult for truckers who want to use the lot for legitimate reasons. instead of policing their own lot and kick out all the freeloaders. they allow them to stay there and charge the rest of us for reserved parking lol

People need to have empathy for others, something that is sorely lacking in these pilots, especially in this one. There's a snowstorm, and because of that, the trucks can't move. People park wherever they can, and out of respect, those in this situation should be flexible, but no, they don't care at all. They kick people out, they interrupt their sleep. They should reflect a little and consider each situation and not be so cruel to people.

Everything was great except for one cashier, who honestly felt dishonest. First, a guy helped me make copies of the documents I needed and charged less than a dollar — totally fine. Later, I received new documents and went back to the counter for copies. This time, a female cashier charged me $2 per page, saying it was for a “fax,” even though I only needed copies. I don’t understand why that was necessary. $4 for two sheets of paper is just unreasonable. I didn’t argue because I respected the people waiting behind me and didn’t want to waste time. Still, the experience left a bad impression. I hope situations like this don’t happen to other customers, because trust really matters.
