- AOAmara O’NealNov 15, 20251.0This is probably the first time I’ve ever given one star. Only one star given because we have to. Had an important reservation booked through a new employer. Got to this location, and they said a different reservation time and they didn’t truly want to give up cars for one way rental (if this is the case, then this should not be an option online for employers to choose for their employees). They asked us to come back at 12 to still check if a car would even be available but they said it probably wouldn’t and they weren’t sure and 12 is when they close. The customer service was disappointing. We had to call the employer back and thankfully, the employer was able to be reached somehow on a Saturday. The employer was able to switch the pick up location and we rode to a more trustworthy and reliable Enterprise location at the Memphis international airport. I use to wonder why people chose other rental car companies because Enterprise has a great history, but now I see why….because some locations really struggle. This has happened a few times at this location. Will be driving to Memphis from now on rather than seeking the convenience of this closer-to-home location. It’s mostly inconvenient today because what was supposed to be a 10 minute pick up turned into several hours. So either online and in-store reservations truly don’t coordinate or one-way rentals are just not a great option with this company

On top of that, there were no rentals available, and he was very rude and unprofessional. He kept saying, “You’re fired, Ms. Fleming, you’re fired! You should have known to ask your insurance to increase your rate.” His attitude was completely uncalled for and made an already stressful situation even worse. I expected better customer service and communication from Enterprise.
