Could not get the employee behind the counter to look at me... they were too busy on their phone. Later when I went back to the location, they were EATING while helping me. Have been on hold TWICE for over 30 minutes when trying to speak with someone at this location. Finally someone who monitors the phones came on and had to call that location. Enterprise had a great history, but that is GONE in Olive Branch, MS. Writing this review in the hopes that management will hire people who CARE about customers and helping them.
