We had a warranty repair that we needed fixed and they got us right in and got the repair done and we were back in the road just a few hours later. We have been on the road for the past week and coordinating this repair was challenging. We went to 2 other Camping World locations and were told that we would have to drop it off and it would be several days before they could even look at it, let alone fix it! Olive Branch, Mississippi is doing something right! Exceptional customer service, highly knowledgeable & just all around nice people!! Michael - you’re our hero!! Thanks Camping World Olive Branch!!

- BCBrandon ChandlerFeb 11, 20261.0purchased a 2024 Jayco North Point fifth wheel for approximately $136,000. I owned and was able to use the camper for only about five months before it had to be taken in for major warranty work on the main kitchen slide in April 2025. The unit then remained in the shop for over eight months and was not returned to me until January 2026. I was told the camper was repaired and ready. Based on that, I paid $2,000 to have it shipped to my job site in Oklahoma. When I went to set it up, I discovered that major issues were still not fixed. The main kitchen slide does not function properly, blocking the sink and refrigerator and making the kitchen unusable. The refrigerator was also returned incomplete, missing shelves and parts, with visible damage and staining. After waiting months for repairs, I was extremely disappointed to find the camper still unusable. I have attempted multiple times since Saturday to contact the operations manager to resolve this issue, and I have not received a call back. I have been making payments the entire time and had to pay for alternate housing because my camper could not be used. This has been a very frustrating and costly experience. I am posting this review because I feel ignored and unresolved after giving this location every opportunity to make things right. I hope corporate management will take this seriously and contact me to resolve this matter properly.
