  I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 a.m. on 1/16/26 at All Star Chevrolet service department to replace the side mirror. I did not hear back from the advisor until 2:45 p.m. that the wrong part was ordered and it would not be ready on that day. On 1/17/26 again i waited all day to hear from someone about when my vehicle would be ready to go and when i called to check on when my vehicle would be ready, i was advised that they knew nothing about my vehicle and would have to call the advisor to check on it. There was no communication with me nor each department about the service of my vehicle. I had ordered the mirror myself through the parts department and again that had several errors in the wrong part and the painting of the part so the whole process was drawn out and poorly executed. It was the worst service experience i have ever experienced and i will not back.

  Randall is a good salesman. He ask the right questions that led me to the truck that would fit my needs. He did not try to "sell" me anything.

  Very nice and down home people Looking too buy a new truck And there was no pressure at all I would suggest anybody go there and look The service department is great also
