The next time I drove the car my entire brake caliper fell off while I was driving down the interstate because whoever did the work forgot to tighten the bolts down had to spend $232 to have it towed to a real mechanic to find out of their fault. NTB reimburse me for the towing but would do nothing even about the labor cost that I paid them for them not to do the job correctly. Will never spend another Dime with this company.
