  Had an appointment at Delta World, but their guy called in 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Called NTB in Ocean Springs, and the guy told me to bring it that way! I was driving a car that needed an alignment since I had replaced the tie rod ends. I was already in an unsafe environment, NTB got me in and got me fixed up! Plus, they did a thorough check for free! 10/10 highly recommend 👌

  I work and go to school full time so im extremly limited on time, when I called to try and do a last minute inspection before my 10 hour trip, Ash was able to get me in and took the time to get me ready for my trip. Great service and reasonable price than other car service companies. Definitely recommend and will be a continued customer.

  NTB Ocean Springs, has been taking care of me and my family for the past 4 years— from last minute tire emergency appointments, tire patches, ordering specialty tires, random air in tires need, car inspections, and they even did our Mercedes breaks and rotors! They have always put us in a customer first mentality with honest opinions and cost saving options. I highly recommend them— Thank you NTB for all that you do— y’all rock!

  We woke up to find my daughter had a flat tire. I called and spoke to a very kind lady. I told her that my daughter is from out of town, 5 hours away, and needed it fixed so she could travel home in the morning. She told me should would work us in. Her tire was leaking air from the stem vial. I’ve never had this happen before. She told me to fill it up with air, drive slow with blinkers on, and stop every few minutes to fill back with air. This I did. We got to NTB and I explained to her that if it was not going to be safe being repaired that I would rather purchase a new tire. I believe she could hear the deep concern in my voice. I left and went home and receive a call from a very nice gentleman who told me that it could be repaired. I went to pick the car up a few minutes later and was greeted with “Happy Valentine’s Day” and was not charged for the repair. I totally wished I got their names so I could be sure that they got this shout out!!! Y’all have confirmed for me that there are still helpful and kind people out there. Your kindness and generosity will not be forgotten!!! Karen and Skylar

  If every NTB had a John, the world would be a better place—and I’d probably trust my car a lot more. I was on my way back home to Georgia and stopped into the NTB in Ocean Springs for what I thought would just be a quick tire plug and balance. John took it from there and ran the whole show like a pro. He kept me updated every step of the way, which mattered a lot since every repair had to go through a fleet management approval process (you know… hurry up and wait). Fleet also informed us I was overdue for an oil change, so John said “why not” and handled that too—efficiently and without drama. At one point, I looked out into the service bay and saw John physically working on my car himself. Not pointing. Not supervising. Working. That alone deserves a standing ovation in today’s world. Customer service like this feels extinct everywhere else, but apparently it’s thriving at this NTB. John clearly takes pride in what he does, and it shows. Huge thanks to him for turning an unexpected stop into an easy, stress-free experience—and getting me back on the road to GA with confidence. Give this man a raise. Or at least clone him.
