A small suggestion would be "Hi Mam, are you interested in hearing about our promos or possible additional treatment recommendations".

My sister took her new car to get a oil change a few days and they took something off from under the car and couldn’t get it back in and told her that they did not do it and it’s not their fault . My sister had to get a tow truck to take her car to the dealership.. she had to come out of pocket a few hundred dollars for their mess up.… I recommend going somewhere else and not this place. A while back, My brother took his car there and they forgot to put his oil cap back on and not too long after that messed his engine up I’d rather go to five minute oil change then this place and I barely trust them either. Grease monkey is a damn disgrace and pitiful!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Recently, I took my car to the Grease Monkey for an oil change. While I was there, MK offered to change my cabin filter for me. He had never changed the cabin filter on my make and model of car before, and spent at least an hour on making sure my cabin filter was changed correctly, even though I’m sure it was a very tedious process. I was very grateful for all the effort he put in, but also by the kindness that the entire staff showed me. I was blown away and so, so grateful for all their help and consideration. It was absolutely the best service I’ve ever had when it comes to auto care, and I encourage everyone to visit the Grease Monkey and see for themselves. Thank you again MK, DJ, and Arthur!

I had a pile of questions as they explained things that have never been mentioned at other neighborhood spots and promptly showed me the problem parts to back up what they said.
