James (Store Manager) and Regena (Sales Advisor) were absolutely amazing. They got us right in, were friendly and professional, and—most importantly—quick. My husband is a store manager at a Goodyear location in Alabama, so we truly appreciated the level of service and professionalism shown. If you’re ever in the area and need help, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for James and Regena. Top-notch service all around!

While there they said I needed some work on my steering Part of the car, plus I needed new brakes, because they were about gone. I got the wheel part fixed for $600. Told them I would return for breaks. Went in there yesterday to get a quote and they quoted me around $1100 for all brakes. So today I go to Precision in Ocean Springs for another estimate, and the owner of the shop came back and told me the breaks were fine, as a matter of fact they were I. Good shape! Im mad as I can possibly be! I know the name of the guy who told ne that plus the one that serviced my car! Beware People, im sure I spent $600 being ripped off, luckily thats all! Please Beware!!! So I called them about the problems I had at this location. Didn't get any kind of response, so I'll never go back, and will advise all.of my friends of this.

Timing couldn't be worse - in between Christmas and New Year's and needing to get back to Ohio the next day. They were able to diagnose the issue and get everything taken care of quickly.
