I stopped by to ask for help changing my driver's side headlight. I brought the bulb with me and explained that I could not get it done. I was prepared to be told that it would be a while. Imagine my surprise when Liz and Michael, two outstanding service technicians, immediately discussed which one would change the bulb in the parking lot. I waited less than half an hour for my headlight to be replaced. When I asked for my bill, I was told that there was no charge! Once again, I am highly impressed with the service and kindness I received at Good Year.
