  The car smelled like Marijuana first of. Im not a smoker so I was afraid of getting stopped by a police for the previous person who had rented it. The smell was very very strong. 2nd, the car horn did NOT WORK. Car was coming over in my lane and I could not blow at them. Please in the near future,make sure everything is right when renting out a vehicle. The staff was extremely nice, so thats why I would probably consider renting again.

  If you book a vehicle through Priceline for an Enterprise rental, make sure you call Enterprise to verify pickup time for your vehicle. Priceline told me to pick up my vehicle at 12:00 PM on Saturday but Enterprise closed at 12:00 PM and I almost missed the chance to get the passenger van for our family vacation. However, TJ saved the day by working late! He's the most friendly, professional, kind, employee to work with!

  Picked up the vehicle and when they pulled it around it was wet. I waited for the car to dry and found the rear window had been broken in the past leaving scratches and duct tape marks on the paint. All 4 rims had bad road rash. When I notified the agent (Before I left) he advised me it was not a problem and did not change the rental agreement. About 4 days in the rental. I called the main phone line and asked if I could add my son and was there a charge they advised no. I added my son about 4 days after I had picked up the vehicle. When returned they advised me they had added cost of $15 a day. After reviewing the receipt, they had also charged the same amount as I had paid per day for the vehicle for the whole time of the contract. Check you car close, always take pictures and check you receipt closer. They would not change the bill and said they would have to send it to corporate. I called corporate after they denied it and again would have to check with bosses. They are passing the buck.

  Went to go pick up my rental car and was told I was a minute late and couldn't with a attitude sorry to say I want be back to this one

  Very helpful with getting me into my car expeditiously. Car was clean, new, and had all the bells and whistles. Conveniently allowed drop off at the body shop so I could leave in my fleet vehicle and they picked it up from there.
