- JSJasmine Shackelford4 days ago1.0‼️‼️BEWARE‼️‼️ I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Ocean Springs that was rat infested. Anyone one else have this experience? The car was towed and swapped mid trip for a smaller car, out of town. I lost belongings that had to be thrown away or left in the rat infested vehicle. I actually could have been killed if I had seen a rat while driving! I returned the swapped vehicle full of gas to the Ocean Springs office before the rat infested car was due back to them. Instead of apologizing or offering any discount the manager has blamed me and says I owe them full price for the larger car plus the damage deposit. She stated they would have seen any rats when cleaning the car because people leave guns in cars so they search them thoroughly. However guns do not run and hide when you’re looking for them. Someone there has now deleted my entire rental history on their website. I’ve rented from them for many years. I called the 800 customer service number and they said they would call back but didn’t. They are probably planning to stick me or my auto insurance with more charges for damages. Any attorneys out there that would like to sign me up? THIS IS SOMEONE ELSES POST I THOUGHT SHOULD BE HERE AS WELL

Customer service is horrible, the women even purposely hung up on me and never called back. They also never processed my refundable deposit until I called and inquired why. The reason didn’t make sense; when I asked them the reason continued to change and be blamed on insurance. My insurance was never contacted by them, neither was I by either for any reason to extend the insurance allowance of 50 days. I only had the vehicle roughly 14 days. Insurance said there was no issue on their end.
