As most women know, the car world can be tough to navigate sometimes, and it’s easy to feel taken advantage of — but not with her. I left with everything I needed (and then some!) and actually felt confident walking out the door. The knowledge I got from just a 15-minute conversation makes me want to make the nine-hour drive back just to buy from her again. Whatever she’s making, AutoZone needs to quadruple it! She’s the standard every employee should follow.
