  I have had nothing but problems every single step of the way dealing with this location ! if anybody is looking for a rental, I will let you know right now this is the ONLY place in town so you have no choice but to go here and they know that. please be aware if you move here from out of state and don’t have a chance to move over your drivers license over yet then you must have a Credit card that you are able to use even if your insurance company sends you the money directly to your debit card to go and pay for the rental they do not allow debit cards! If you have to call and extend the days because your 2026 mustang thats worth double the cheap small car they gave you might be totaled in the shop then they also do not allow you to use cards over the phone even whenever you don’t get a lunch break and you only have two employees and you don’t get off until 6 o’clock and they close at 5... they will simply tell you to grab a random stranger perhaps or anybody that you might possibly know to come to your work, grab your debit card and take it all the way to their location on the other side of town just so they can run it and then bring it back to you because they will be everything but convenient. Not to mention the fact that I was lied to you about the Deposit to begin with. I was told 100$. Then I was told 50$. I get there and SURPRISE it’s 300$. not to mention their sarcastic sorries with zero solutions UPDATE: I sent a family member up to the store and they called me trying to say that they could not take my debit card. It had to be a credit card because I had an out-of-state license after I previously called this morning and said I would be paying with a different card than my credit card that’s on file And they said that was fine as long as I could get the card up there to them in person they could not take it over the phone.. I told them that they needed to get their stories straight and figure out a solution So he then talked to his boss, who then has now finally ran my debit card.

  The service staff were really nice, but I wasn't completely happy with the rental. It wasn't cleaned properly for (1) (2) and there was a dent on the side door (3) and the driver seat was all burnt up from cigarette smoke. It felt like I was just driving around in Pookie's car.
