I observed Mr. Shawn maintaining both outside and inside single handily today. I was greatly impressed with his attention to detail. The mens restroom was spotless and well maintained. Next he was cleaning showers, then back outside cleaning diesel spills from fuel isles. Yet he was due to signoff in half an hour. But Mr. McClinton waste no minutes while on duty. I had to recognize his dedication and excellent service to the Pilot corporation. Mr. Shawn deserves a raise for his unwavering commitment to upholding such high standards at this Meridian Ms. location

She mumbled something and after I said "excuse me" she explained she was waiting on me to order with a face as if I had just ran her dog over. I asked for a kids meal to which she replied "we don't have kids meals" I took this as my cue to not patronize this business. Hopefully someone can train her in customer service, find her missing dog, or replace her with a trained employee that can better represent this business.
