He arrived earlier than expected, and handled our car with care. He parked us in a protected location, and then investigated what was wrong, and prepared the car to be fixed, even though we were unsure about securing the part and exactly who would fix it. Knights stuck with us through the process and did excellent work on the car. Unbelievably, we were rolling away in a little more than 24 hours, and no problems since then. It was an unexpected stop and we are grateful for their quality and honest work. I'm thankful that Brock of Knights Towing and Automotive got sent our way! Highly recommend!
