  My husband and I can’t thank the Express Oil Change in Meridian enough! We live in Collinsville and we’re traveling out of town for Christmas, so he changed the oil in my car himself (which he’s done numerous times before as he’s pretty mechanically inclined and loves his car projects.) We begin to get on the road and not even 5 minutes outside of my Meridian on the highway — my husband noticed some smoke. We pulled over to check and there was a massive leak. Nervous yet thankful we were close to home we came to Express. The staff was so kind and quick to get on the job. Turns out my husband slightly over tightened the oil filter which pinched the gasket and made the oil leak. The guys and gal were great, put on a new filter and double checked everything. When we went to pay for his outstanding service he said no worries and Merry Christmas! We offered again, but he insisted. It truly made our day, appreciate them for being so considerate, and helping us get back on the road quickly. They also have active duty/veteran/ladies day specials plus their veteran owned and operated. Thank you Express Oil! 10/10 from us! Highly recommend them for your auto service needs.

  I wouldn’t even give them one star but the review wouldn’t let me remove it. I recommend anyone to go elsewhere. After the hood was raised the guy got info as normal and new oil sticker. After that they’re supposed to check belts, hoses, air filter etc. Did not do any of that. He acted like he checked the air filter but never took it out because it requires some work to take it out. After that him and another coworker stood around for 10 minutes in front of my truck on his cell phone laughing and catting on. Then another guy comes out of the office after 8:15 am with a drink and a cig and a smirk on his face. He was the one suppose to be in the pit below changing the oil and oil filter. In the meantime I had to ask the tech on the floor to please check my radiator level and resovor. Said it was low. I asked to please put some antifreeze in it but he said they didn’t have any that he could put some water in it. Can you below this place didn’t have antifreeze?? Was so ready to get out of there. So a few days later I’m coming out of the store and I see oil from under the truck on the concrete. Get under there to take a look and the oil pan is soaked and oil everywhere. The oil plug was loose. Then I started to check under the hood. The coolant resovoir was empty. Looked at the hoses underneath and they were saturated with coolant because of a leak. All this could have been detected but these guys didn’t do they’re job and could have cared less. But not making sure ones oil drain plug is not tightened properly is pitiful and sad since this place specializes in oil changes. I should have and will change it myself next time. Also will be contacting the manger. I hope this review helps anyone thinking about going there…..Don’t!!

  Came in for an oil change, upon giving the guy my card, to pay for the service, he walked way from his post with my card in his hand , instead of just giving me my card once the transaction was finalized so now I've had three fraudulent attempt of 104.00. the first attempt started at 9:00, 11,and 11:38. Thank GOD my card was on lock. Be careful citizens.

  We were in a pinch - our tire pressure light on and traveling through just before closing. We called and asked if they could check the tires for us. They said to come on and they checked them, all was good and they didn’t charge us. We appreciated the kindness!
