KIMBERLY B needs to learn customers service. This woman was by far the rudest employee I've dealt with at AutoZone her attitude is just nasty. Not to mention the guys working night shift last night told me If the part doesn't work to bring it back n get my money back so I did that this morning n this lady starts being a rude. She has very very poor customer service skill. Not to mention when I told her the guys that work night shift told me I could bring it back and she then turns around to walk away from me saying Lord they just trash. I don't know if she talking bout the employee on night shift or the customer but she definitely doesn't not need to be in customer service. Her attitude is just nasty

So I had a nail in my tire. Walked in to see if they had an air compressor to add a few pounds of air as the 4 gas stations I had already stopped at and all the air pumps were broken. I was told that they didn't have an air compressor to use to help me out.... seriously??? The older gentleman was polite and gave me directions to another gas station and the local Walmart, as he was giving me directions he turned to the younger employee (who was on his phone from the moment I walked in to when I left) and asked for verification of the directions he gave....he repeatedly asked the younger guy if he was correct, the younger guy never looked up from his phone!! The older gentleman asked again and frustrated I said "he's still on his phone and not listening"! Seriously guys....greet the customer, act like you want to work, show interest and try to help!! So disappointed with the lack of customer service.
