- JPJ PMar 24, 20261.0I will never schedule an appointment with this company again. I went online and scheduled my appointment for a window pick to get repaired. When I went to choose the damage of the window online it had the option and I selected the option which one that needed repair. So as I pulled up I got out of my vehicle, and I went inside and told this African man that I had an appointment and he looked it up and took my keys (another white male was also at the desk). I went and took a seat in the waiting area. Shortly afterwards, the white male gets up from the desk and proceeds to my vehicle. Opens up the door, and I gets up and goes to my vehicle and I wanted to make sure he knew which pick to repair. The white male standing there with my door open and goes to tell me “OH WE CANT REPAIR THAT AND HANDS ME MY KEYS”, I ask him well when I did the appointment online I selected the repair that I wanted. He goes to tell me with an attitude that it can’t be fix. I said, okay and I got in my vehicle and left. Very nasty attitude, didn’t give any explanation why it couldn’t be fixed. Just short with no customer service ethic. I WILL NEVER HAVE THAT COMPANY TO DO ANYTHING FOR MY VEHICLE, not with that kind of approach and behavior. I will take my vehicle back to the dealership push comes to shove. And, I also called corporate, no understanding there as well.
