The wait was a little longer than expected, but the excellent customer service made up for it. Everyone was friendly, communicated clearly, and made sure I was taken care of. He later informed me that the tire was unrepairable, and his kindness and professionalism alone warranted the purchase of an entire new set. Without hesitation, I will be back to see him again.
