  I strongly advise you shop elsewhere unless you enjoy working with unprofessional and arrogant people. I don't live in the area and I told them I am only in town on the weekends so Friday wiil be the only day I'm available once the wheels/tires arrive. I was told that they offer a military discount, yet I looked at my receipt and I did not get one and charged more than their competitors charge. There are also some VERY shady charges on my receipt as there are multiple line items marked "Labor" totalling almost half of my $4000 spent that day. A week later I was back in town and stopped in to check on my order. They had no idea when it would be there and the manager was as helpful as a wet paper bag. He berated the salesman in front of me and when pointed out that I was standing at the counter, he couldn't be bothered to talk to me. This is the same guy that just sat snuggly at the counter while I placed the order with someone else on my initial visit. He must be a relative of the owner as I wouldn't hire him to shine my shoes. I simply wanted tracking information so I knew when I could schedule an upcoming Friday for installation since that's the only day each week where they are open and I would be in town. It's now been 4 more days since I was there and I have not gotten a call with tracking information. I feel I have no alternative but to contact my credit card company and get my money back. Very sad as it's a great looking facility, but it is being POORLY run.

  My expected wait time was one hour. After 3 hours I finally got out of there. And I had an appointment to be there at 9a.m. Wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t live over 100 miles away.
