- RPriley pittman1 day ago5.0Today u got my oil changed at Vavoline in Laurel, MS-and after the outstanding service I received today-I won’t be going anywhere else. Daniel-the store manager was friendly, easy to understand, explained the answers to my questions very politely. I felt heard and not like an idiot. The other employees were just as nice, polite, and worked fast and efficiently. I’ll never get my oil changed anywhere else in Laurel!!

I finally said either change it or let my hood down and dont bother checking tires and fluid levels etc. So the oil was finally changed. Receipt says all checks were made and OK but none were actually done! I am VERY dissatisfied with service this time. I been coming here since it opened in Laurel MS.with all my vehicles. Signs out front say 15min. Oil change not one hour! Not sure if I will ever return.

- LWlazaria williamsJan 17, 20261.0went yesterday for an oil change my car cut completely off soon as i pulled off not even 1 minute up the street!! mind you i’ve had this car for over a year has NEVER hesitated to crank has never ever cut off before but all of a sudden soon as i leave it shut downs on the side of the road the man from the businesse came to check on my car but says “ion think it has anything to do with the oil change” hmm pretty strange how soon as i leave there it cuts off after i’ve paid $106 if i would have never went there my car would still be working perfectly im soo mad i will be getting lawyers involved cause this is crazy.

(mind you there was no wait) $120 for full synthetic, vs. the $85 i would’ve spent + time to change it i think is a great price! the csr, Ashley was great! she held a conversation with me the whole time they were working. both brody and dalton did amazing! great experience and staff!
