Daniel-the store manager was friendly, easy to understand, explained the answers to my questions very politely. I felt heard and not like an idiot. The other employees were just as nice, polite, and worked fast and efficiently. I’ll never get my oil changed anywhere else in Laurel!!

I finally said either change it or let my hood down and dont bother checking tires and fluid levels etc. So the oil was finally changed. Receipt says all checks were made and OK but none were actually done! I am VERY dissatisfied with service this time. I been coming here since it opened in Laurel MS.with all my vehicles. Signs out front say 15min. Oil change not one hour! Not sure if I will ever return.
