  National is the only rental company I will ever use. The customer service is always great. I feel when it comes to selection of higher quality cars. Nobody can beat Nationals inventory

  Picked up a car on 3/30/26. Car was great. All other experiences here have great. The gate agent grilled me like I was a criminal. As Executive Elite I have never had to verify so many times anything. I have rented multiple times at the Jackson location without this treatment before.

  Refused the car I booked because my driving licence nationality didn’t match my passport. Unclear policy and very inconvenient.

  If you return early in the morning, please check to verify they update the time correctly. This is the second time I was charged an extra day.

  Only put one star because Google would not allow me to choose no stars. I arrived to the Rental Pick up area on 2/18 at 6pm with an appointment and they had no cars. A car was washed and brought to the pick up location every 15-20 min. I dropped off my vehicle at 3:25 pm on 2/19/26 and was told a receipt would be emailed. It is 2/20/26 6:54 pm and I have no receipt. I emailed the location, I called the HQ, still no receipt. I need to turn in my expenses this weekend, and without a receipt I am not getting reimbursed…..
