  I arrived today from Illinois and hired a driver to take me to pick up my rental. While en route to Enterprise, I received a call from a man at this Enterprise named Brandon who tells me they don't have any cars for me to rent when I was heading there. He was not helpful at all! He just told me to go to Brandon Enterprise and had a nasty attitude and could care less that I was the actual one being inconvenienced. I even caught him in a lie when I pressed him to call the Brandon location to check car availability for me. Brandon "claims" he called the Brandon location and they told him they had no cars but when I called shortly after he called, they stated yes they have cars available. Brandon is lazy and not customer-service oriented. Enterprise - do better!

  Alex and Nia are and have always been excellent with their customer service. Alex has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel like an important enterprise member! The staff is very insightful and knowledgeable about inventory and policies.
