They advised me to take it back to Valvoline. When I did, Valvoline denied responsibility and told me it wasn’t their fault. After returning to Midas for a full inspection, it was confirmed that Valvoline had not installed the oil filter correctly, which caused all of the oil to leak out of my car. For something this serious to happen is completely unacceptable. This was a dangerous mistake, and I will never trust Valvoline with my vehicle again.

They make suggestions ie replace air filters, wipers, etc, or offer services that are due, but don’t twist my arm over it. Jacob, my CSR did a great job, and I heard the callouts from Reggie and Shawn. I recommend this particular Valvoline to everyone.

This was the second time this had happend at this same location. It took them hours to come to my home and clean up the mess they had caused. There won't be a third time for this to happend to me at a Valvqoline oil change.
