She said we can fix it. I told her I was in a time crunch to pick up my grandson from daycare. She said we will do our best. And she did just that. I left in enough time to pick him up and my vehicle was fixed like new. Thanks so much for getting me back on the road.

How is that you can't or do not want to plug a tire that has a very small screw? You didn't acknowledge your guess when they entered and stood there to be waited on(you just stared at them), then as they approached the desk you still didn't open your mouth. You just move to the other side and fiddled with some fictional papers then you decided to say something. Customer service is out the window. I could see if the guess was loud, rude and obnoxious, but that wasn't the case. Do better people! It's not that hard.

- NBNicole BabbDec 19, 20255.0I took my friend to drop her car off to get a tire. She was adamant she needed a front tire. Mario gave her a call and advised that she needed two back tires. My friend stated she only needed the front one and to change only the front one while stressing to me that her back tires were “new”. We received a call from Erin and I advised her that we no longer wanted any tires because at this point I felt as if they were trying to get over on “women”. When we got back to the location Mario and Erin took the time to show us why my friend needed two rear tires. Needless to say the staff at this location cares about the well being of the customer. If they really did not care about the customer and the customers well being they would have let my friend leave in which she would have had a blow out because the tire was that bad. They even test drove it after the replacement to make sure her concerns were addressed! This location is well managed with great staff! Thanks again!
