I walked around for 20 minutes looking for a staff member to assist me, and I did not see anyone! I do not understand how I could be able to make a reservation for 1200 am and no one is there to service me for my pick up! they should change their reservation times. Very upset and dissatisfied with this Enterprise location.

I had a great price. I had an amazing vehicle and the staff at the Jackson airport and the lady that I had to call on the phone to extend my rental by one day. Everyone was so incredibly kind and efficient that it definitely made a lasting impression.
