They claimed I didn't get my deposit back because I returned the vehicle to Louisville! I've never even been there. It seems like if they actually thought that, then they would have thought their vehicle was stolen. Nonetheless, I had the vehicle returned to JIA and on time. Now two months and about 15 phone calls and chats later, I still don't have my full refund. And what's worse is that when I call for my money, they act aggravated with me as if I were the one that made the mistake. The manager, Collette was rude and passive aggressive to me when it's their mistake. So unprofessional. I will literally never deal with this nightmare of a rental place again.
