I called to modify reservation today to a later time, and they said they tried calling me (no sir I don’t have a missed call) and they may not have a car but will call to let me know. 4 pm and they still didn’t have a car that I needed for tomorrow. I don’t understand how you don’t have cars in place for reservations!! Now I’m out searching for a rental at the last minute!!!!
