    After promising my wife on the phone the had a car for her she got there to no car, sat around waiting over 30 minutes for me to pick her up to go to another location where they promised yet again they had a car for her. Then the next day they promised yet again that they had a car for her at a 3rd location and now I am having to drive 30 minutes to pick up my stranded wife where she is crying
