The sassy man at this location who serviced me is lazy and doesn’t care about doing a good job. He should quit but he won’t because that’s too much like right. Therefore, Enterprise should fire him. When I picked up my car, he was on the phone. It seems to have been a personal call and not a business called. It was over 10 minutes before he acknowledged my presence. He was too bothered to clarify insurance questions that I had. However, I took the care for a one way. I returned the car as agreed in one day. Yet, he charged me for two days. I call this downtown Jackson location. He answered the phone. I explained that I was at the drop off location where the people confirmed I dropped it off on time. He claimed he was going to do an adjustment and hung up in my face. I didn’t get a chance to ask for written confirmation. It has been over a week, and there has not been an adjustment. In addition, the windshield wiper on the car needed replacement, and the windshield glass was murky. I ran into snow on my drive in the Midwest. It was very difficult and dangerous to drive that car. It’s sad you can’t do business with these type of people because they won’t do their job, but they want a big raise. Give me a break! You don’t won’t them working for you because they will ruin your business. Enterprise, I don’t some generic respond about visiting your website. I want someone at the company to take ownership of this problem and fix the situation, including my price adjustment with written confirmation and better customer service.
