  We had an amazing experience at Camping World in Jackson. Ralph was our sales person and took care of us the whole time. Everyone in the store was so helpful and nice. This is our first camper and Camper World made us feel like family. If you need a camper or need service do NOT look anywhere else.

  Told me I was approved. Everyone gave me a congrats on my new camper then I gave my down payment n then I was told the lenders wanted a co signer. I was very disappointed and confuse how I went from congrats to this is not happening for you. I told them in the beginning my credit n I had no signer because I didn’t want to waste no one’s time. Now it’s few days later and still don’t got my deposit back. I know they are giving it back but it slow me down on finding a camper and they got my hopes up way to high.

  My husband and I had a very pleasant experience when we visited camping world in Jackson, Mississippi. We had the privilege of meeting two absolutely great sales people who didn’t mind chauffeuring us around alot and stopping to look at the campers, that we were interested in and then explaining all the layout, warranties and benefits of owning this type of recreational vehicle that we were looking at. We did, however, have one experience there that was actually not what we were looking for when we went there. One of our sales people had to go meet with another customer so the other sales person stayed with us and drove us around to look at other campers that we were interested in. We all three got out of the golf cart to look at this one camper that had caught our eye, and we wanted to look at it again so we proceeded to enter the camper and begin our tour again, looking at the whole layout and functionality of this camper, we were all three in the back looking at the bathroom when the camper suddenly started to move backwards, we did not know what was going on at the time, but we thought somebody had hooked up to it and was moving it, come to find out the wheels on the camper were not chalked, and the tongue was raised higher in the front, allowing the camper to roll backwards. If not for the curb to stop the camper from rolling somebody could have gotten seriously hurt just by looking at this camper.They came out, apologized to us and immediately set a chalk in place behind the wheels. The three of us fell on the inside as a result of the camper, not being properly chalked, nobody was seriously hurt just a few bumps and bruises, but it definitely got our attention when the camper started rolling. This incident will no way hinder us from coming back to camping world to view more campers.

  My partner and I stopped at Camper World for an unanticipated RV repair. We were so impressed with the excellent customer service, and the helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

  Our trailer jack broke 2 hrs from this store, they researched the part availability for what we needed and had it waiting for us. Unfortunately- turned out that a pin sheared off, rendering our hitch and the parts we needed as useless. The guys in the service center were ready to clock out when they saw what we had, and stayed to replace the hitch. Can’t say enough thanks for their service and friendliness! Way to go CW!!
