Also, the car that I rented basically was not clean and the best they could come up with was that they didnt have any more vehicles. Not really a great experience but I know I probably won't rent from them ever again. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that they at least had the unwashed car available.

I got it now this will be the only place I rent cars. You had what I need in the best condition there is. The lady that checked the drop in was so nice. I didn’t know the refund went on my card the same exact day I checked it out. The lady that helped us when we were going the wrong direction at the booth to leave the rental was so nice. We were completely lost, we got it now no worries this experience showed how easy it can be with cooperation.
