  This Express Oil Change is fantastic. They have a friendly, professional staff, and attentive management. My Service Tech, Tim, was a really nice guy, and he did a great job for me on my oil change. I highly recommend this EOC Southaven location.

  Tanner was very knowledgeable and gave the best customer service I’ve had at a shop. He made sure I was aware of everything he noticed wrong, described complicated services in regular language, and was more than willing to perform additional checks that I normally don’t get. Great service, Tanner!

  Special thank you to Harrison for professional, courteous and attentive oil change service. He went above and beyond to ensure all checks were completed and answered all questions. Doug (Manager) followed up personally to ensure we were highly satisfied. I highly recommend this location. My most sincere thanks to everyone.

  Stopped in today for a oil change and Jordan and Logan took very good care of me and my vehicle if you’re looking for somewhere quick and not going to break the bank this is the place to come. Definitely will be here again 10 out of 10 oh they also cleaned my windows.

  I was experiencing severe mechanical issues with my vehicle when I pulled into this parking lot. I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. A gentleman named doug, came rushing out to assist me. They had me up and running in no time at a phenomenal price. As a woman, it's important to me that I know I'm going to be treated with respect and dignity. I received all that on my trip here and I will be coming here in the future for sure! They use high quality materials and have a super professional staff that are always happy to help! I highly recommend this business because they are honest and only sell you what you need to keep your car safe and on the road. I can't thank you enough for helping me in my time of need and being so eager and willing to do so. They offer a range of services, not just oil changes. They also have a Full Service Garage in the back. Doug, I want to thank you again for rushing right out to help me when you knew I was in a stressful situation. Even though I was not a customer here you made sure that I would be in the future! It's refreshing to see such a reputable business in our town.
