I contacted Mr. Jimmy at the shop. He assured me that I could come back at my own convenience. The small issue with the door panel was corrected. I must say he is a very professional individual as well as Sam at the desk. Overall , I was well pleased with this shop's service. Therefore, I changed my review score to a "5". If you want great service, I recommend Joe Hudson's Collison Center in Horn Lake, MS because repairs are made in a timely manner, workmanship, excellent customer service and professionalism.

She told me to send the estimate progide by my insurance company accompanied by pis of damage. She called to tell me she received them and she was waiting for the manager to schedule repairs. A week later, I called again asking when they might get to my car as I needed to possibly extend my rental car. She said "oh, you already have a rental? That might be a problem, I'll have to check with the manager". I asked why that would be a problem. She said the duration of rental car negatively impacts the shop. I asked how, given that I rented the car before I decided which repair shop to use. She said she didn't know but would talk to manager to see if he'd make an exception. I then called my insurance (State Farm) and reiterated this story and asked them to see if they could persuade manager given this shop is one their list of preferred shops. State Farm was unsuccessful. Short story long, if you have already acquired a rental, don't bother contacting this business.
