He went above and beyond, and he made me laugh while doing it. (Jordan this is no1uconnfan if you see this. Your service was perfect. Thanks). Everyone else was friendly and they worked together to get the job done. The guy that cleaned my window is always does a great job and is friendly. Unfortunately it’s hard to find good customer service these days, but they’re proof it’s still out there. Thanks guys. P.S. I’m super busy and never have time to write reviews, so it speaks to the great customer service I received.

I told them I would think about it since I am trading my car in, in about 20k miles and asked if they would just patch the tire, which they did. I went to Express oil on Goodman road for an oil change and mentioned my tire situation to a man named Doug. Doug checked my tires and said that "I'd be more than happy to sell you 4 tires but you really only need 2 front tires". He gave me a quote on the 2 tires that were almost $50 a piece cheaper than the quote from my tire place. Needless to say I'll keep coming back here for oil changes and other minor car repairs.

Jordan is easily the most friendly and professional technician I’ve ever met regarding auto care. Don’t look anywhere else, these guys really care about their customers.

She was heading out of town and I was able to check it. Bone dry. So I had little time to get the truck ready. I visited several other places, all quoted me an hour wait despite a few vehicles in line. Express Oil Change, got my truck in the bay within minutes, oil changed in record time, and at an affordable cost. They gave no long conversations, didn't upsell to much, just job well done quickly so grandkids can make this weekend play dates. Shout out to attendent Jordan. Store #903
