Drove there only to be told that there were no vehicles available. Why allow reservations online, and even go as far as taking payment and sending notifications to say the rental is ready for pick up?? Makes zero sense. Add on the fact that I’m having to go back and dispute the charge since they didn’t cancel it while they were telling us they had no vehicles at all, and I’m livid.
