He is kind and goes out of his way to help the young and old, Black or White, wealthy or poor. I really have appreciated his help over the years.

Over the last 25 years or so I've had many times when I've needed a new battery, an oil change, a new starter, spark plugs or wires, lights and wipers, and they've always been friendly, and always helped me out. But I have to relate, they went over the top recently. I needed new wiper blades for my car, and was in a hurry. It was raining, and wasn't looking forward to replacing the blades in the rain. But of course, that's when you discover you really need them. The wipers are sold individually. The guy asked me what model car I drove, and while I stood there trying to remember, he asked if I was driving the 2010 Highlander in the parking lot. Uh, yeah. He knew the make and model, better than me. He walked from the counter, and showed me exactly what my car needed, Even finding a pair that weren't too expensive, rang them up, and within two minutes I expected to be struggling to put them on in the rain. He wouldn't hear of it. He sent me into the cabin, and stood out there in the rain and replaced both, gave me a nod and tossed the old ones in the trash on the way back into the store. I gotta say, quality employees these days are sometimes hard to find, but one smile, one nod, one act of service will bring customers like me back time after time.
