  Santa came early! Excellent customer service in Hernando at Principle Toyota! Well worth the drive from Memphis,Tennessee! I was treated royally by our salesman, Wes Lambert. He gave me 5 star service and was very professional! I love my Toyota Rav4!

  Terrible experience. Worst service department in DeSoto County. Terrible at communication. Terrible at the actual service part of the job. Very vague and they weren't much for details. Said several things were wrong, which wasnt as we found out later. They stated doing things that once we called and checked, they didn't actually do. I would never recommend this place to a single soul.

  My husband’s truck starter went out, so we took it to Principle Toyota of Hernando for repair. Unfortunately, this experience has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. First, the parts came in later than what we were told, and the truck ended up being there longer than expected. We had to be the ones constantly calling for updates. No one ever reached out to us. My husband also asked them to do an alignment since the truck was pulling to the right. They said they did, but it was still pulling the same way afterward. Because of my husband’s work schedule (and this being his only work truck), we couldn’t bring it back right away. When we did during his next oil change middle of September, he asked the service advisor to double-check the alignment. Later that day, we picked up the truck and it was still pulling right. The service department was already closed, so we couldn’t speak to anyone then. I called and asked to speak to the service advisor to make sure they had actually checked the alignment. The person who answered said there were no notes indicating that the technician looked at anything other than the oil. She transferred me, but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I called again and was told a note would be left for the advisor to call me or my husband back. A week passed and no call. I called again on October, 14th and I was met with a rude, dismissive attitude like it had been too long since the appointment. I explained the timeline and situation yet again and was told “Let me see what I can do”, and that she’d have “Hayden” call us back to see if the truck needed to be brought in again. We’re still waiting for that call, which is clearly not going to happen since it’s November now. We’ve been loyal customers since 2023, owning two Toyotas, but this experience showed a complete lack of attentiveness, accountability, and care. No follow-up, no honesty, and no effort to make things right. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere, somewhere that values their customers enough to at least call them back.

  I have to say that the salesman that I dealt with Taurean Campbell, has been nothing short of helpful throughout my whole buying process, and even after! If he could not see me, he made sure that one of his team members saw me, and took very good care of me. He answers my calls and text promptly, he cares about his customers we aren’t just someone that’s buying a car from Principle Toyota, he actually listens to his customers and tries to get the best possible answers to your questions, if he don’t have the answer when you ask, he will find out and get right back with you in a matter of minutes. All salesmen or women should take a page out of his book! I’m very pleased with the vehicle I purchased from them, and Mr. Campbell receives a five star from me! Keep treating your customers like you do, we appreciate you! Thank you!
