I contacted the service department regarding a potential service inspection on a used vehicle I was going to purchase from a private seller. Doug, in the service department, answered the phone and was truly, truly exceptional. He broke down all the details of this potential next steps, even offered advice on what to look for during my private purchase, and simply answered all my questions and more. While he wasn't sure if I would still have a service need with them, you could tell he was authentic and wanted to earn my business. I certainly will use this location for all my toyota service needs. Thanks again Doug for being you. - RTRandi TutorDec 31, 20252.0I’m not exactly sure if my disappointment was with the dealership itself or with my salesman… I went in looking at a used 22 Camry, absolutely loved it however, they wouldn’t accept my vehicle as a trade in and the proceeded to throw the most insane “deal” at me… keep in mind this was a used Camry, that had minor damage, so I asked for a better deal… my salesman doesn’t reach out to me anymore after that BUT I seen they have dropped the price on the car almost $1k lower than what it was offered to me, because their silly little selves sent me the email LOL… I really wish I had a better experience. PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO THE CAR FAX REPORT !! Also, MAKE SURE ALL the bells and whistles work !!! My particular salesman, Braxton was not much help and made the entire process hard ! I’ve purchased over 6 vehicles in my recent lifetime and every single process was easy and complex, who knew buying a car would be so dang hard the 7th time around !
