  Excellent experience with Mr. Ray McNeely. He literally convinced me to get out my bed to come test drive a car after just merely looking at website. He listened to my concerns and unique needs. He made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of purchasing a car, from down payment, to car note payment. Thank you, Mr. Neely for a great car purchase experience.

  I had the best salesman from the first call to the time I left the lot! Gary did an excellent job at explaining different vehicles To me and helped me pick out the best and the right choice for me. There was no pressure at all and it was more about what I wanted and what my needs were. He then gave me over to Joe in financing who was more than happy to help me get my finances in order Since my insurance Company did not Follow through. He was with me every step of the way and made the process much easier And helped me de-stress a bunch! BJ Was also a fantastic help too! He was such a sweetheart!! I got my first car from them in 2020 And the customer service then was exceptional, which brought me back! And I couldn’t be any happier than I am now!

  I had an absolutely horrible experience at Principle Toyota of Hernando, and because of it, I took my business elsewhere to Wolfchase Toyota, where I was actually treated with respect. The only bright spots at Principle Toyota were my sales representatives Corey and Braxton Webb. They were professional, helpful, and genuinely tried to assist me throughout the process. They deserve recognition because they did their jobs well despite the environment around them. Unfortunately, the experience completely went downhill when dealing with the manager, Alex Vidrio. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude from the start. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for asking questions and trying to make a major purchase. No customer should ever be treated like they’re a burden especially when they’re ready to spend their hard-earned money. Because of the poor treatment and lack of basic customer service from management, I walked away and took my business to Wolfchase Toyota, where I had a much better experience overall. If Principle Toyota of Hernando wants to keep customers, they seriously need to address how management treats people. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
