Had to send my GF for the store for an oil pan drain plug and a bolt extractor for a rounded 15mm hex head. The counter person had zero knowledge of anything automotive, told the GF she'd have to go to the dealership... L I looked it up on their website and they had it in stock, along with the extractor of course! Manager apologized nonchalant over the phone so I go down there and I ask him how was it possible that I had to do his guy's job, as well as drive to the auto parts store twice!! for something so simple... Fast forward I bought nothing and won't buy for any auto zone again for that matter. Addison, the Manager, should be reprimanded and his buddy that has no training whatsoever, and couldn't even ask a coworker when he didnt know something. He just says whatever comes to mind apparently.
