  I came to Honda 4/20 because my right tire kept going low, not flat but low. and one of the less experienced technicians told me, my tire needed to be replaced even after showing me the location of the nail, I declined because I wanted a second opinion/ seeing as I’m not a new driver I know these things happen and well it happens. Well hours later, I called back ordered the replacement tire since mine isn’t fixable, again this was Monday, ok Mrs. Bowens it’ll be in Thursday, I respond great see you Thursday. I come in Thursday well now, all of a sudden my tire is plug/patchable which they do etc, still takes 2.5 hours plus, but I knew it was fixable Monday mind you, I’ve been riding on a donut for no reason due to inexperienced technician error, although fixed because my rep was great I’m still highly upset I rode around for 3 days unnecessarily on a donut. Even if the technician was NEW an experienced technician should have looked at my tire! Then they didn’t have the courtesy to load my spare correctly in my trunk and tie it down, Honda accord here….. they do go in a specific way, he threw it on top of everything else in my trunk that could have easily been moved. So after coming there twice riding around on a donut unnecessarily I had to proper place my spare back in my trunk correctly after paying for this service and patiently waiting. I've been here on numerous occasions never once was it like this, until this day

  I had a wonderful experience at Pine Belt Honda. I felt special for the way everyone was so friendly and helpful. The service visit was comprehensive and pretty quick. The lady that guided me around and kept me informed was a joy. She was so sweet and so friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for service and vehicles in the future..   I had a wonderful car buying experience, especially for my first time purchasing a car on my own. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and that was largely because of the person I worked with, DeeDee. She made everything easy to understand and took the time to help me compare options based on my budget and what I was looking for. Car buying can often feel stressful, but DeeDee completely eliminated that stress for me. She made the experience quick, straightforward, and genuinely pleasant. I truly appreciate everyone there for their help, but DeeDee really stood out and made this such a positive experience.

  Our family was in the middle of an 11 hour trip, returning from Spring Break, when are check engine light started blinking. Despite it being a Saturday and close to closing, they fit us in, fixed us up, and sent us on our way. Every interaction we had was warm and kind and they accommodated our family - including our puppy - very well. Thank you!
