  My car was with them for 6 days to run test on the problem we were experiencing. They lost my keys which added to the delay. The issue was finally diagnosed as a transmission matter. With that they just have a replace focus and not a repair focus. Anything somewhat big they replace.

  Best car buying experience! Sales Manager (Jonathan Nall) and Salesman (Jacob Windham) were amazing. Easy to work with, great communication. In and out in about an hour with exactly what my wife was looking for.

  I needed a 2nd vehicle to use just for going to work and running errands, and Pine Belt CDJR didn't disappoint. After I expressed an interest thru an online platform, Brittney gave me a call and got the ball rolling. She hooked me up with my wonderful salesman, Shemar, and he advocated for me to get the vehicle at a price that was satisfactory for my budget when the trade-in idea fell through. Very stress-free, smooth transaction. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the whole purchasing experience!!

  This guy is amazing! Knowledgeable and is more than my salesperson, he is my friend. The dealership treated me in a way that made me feel comfortable and important. The service department quickly answered all my concerns. I will buy all my future interest at Pine belt CDJR..

  Came in for an oil change with no appointment during lunch time. They said it would take an hour and to my surprise they were done rather quickly. I was prepared to wait a lot longer than that. Everyone in the service dept. was great super friendly. They also addressed the recalls and the update I needed for the radio screen. Overall great quick experience.
