  Had cabin air filter changed and wheels checked! Did not take long at all! Great experience! Very nice people! Bought my 2019 Equinox from Pine Belt Chevrolet in December after having an accident! Christina was so very sweet and made this trying time so easy. She is a Jem! Thank you, am loving my car!

  I had a recall fixed/completed on my Silverado, an oil change, and a transmission service completed here at Pine Belt Chevrolet. My experiences involved a Service Writer named John Guess. From the moment I called and talked with him to setup the appointment to address my needs, through the service itself, and following up upon completion, John was a consummate professional. He communicated consistently and never left me uninformed. The techs that he worked with help me to identify some other smaller issues that I wanted to deal with myself, and they were just fine with that. They treated me very well and I felt like everything I needed to be addressed was covered and dealt with efficiently, effectively, and with a high degree of courtesy. I look forward to trusting these gentlemen (the techs) and Mr. John Guess again next time I need some help with servicing my truck. Thanks, John!
