  I have been a master Diesel Tech for 25 years and have many degrees to back it up. Due to med problems with my hands I had to go back to driving a truck. I ordered parts with a 4 day window for a 2006 peterbuilt with a cummins ISX on the 4th day I called and called to check to see if parts were in . NO ANSWER AT ALL ! then I went to the dealership to pick up my parts and the guy behind the counter told me it would be 2 more days. I informed him i could not wait 2 more days because I am a owner operator with a truck note and can only stop for a day, I told them this from the start and they insured me the parts would be there. when I told him just cancel the order.he then charged me a restocking FEE! REALLY !!! I must pay for there mistake ??? Again I am an OWNER OPERATOR If a load is late they charge me a late load fee, If my truck is not in order and I get inspected the DOT will charge me a Fine and points on my license. If i am held accountable for my actions and my mistakes why should this dealer be any different?? I then went across the street to WATERS INTERNATIONAL!! The had everything in stock and was 25% cheaper.Water also informed me that peterbuilt get a lot of parts from them ! so why go to Peterbuilt and pay a mark-up when you can get it from where they do across the street??? Waters treated me with respect and have been in the US Army THAT GOES A LONG WAY WITH ME! THE MAN AT THE PARTS COUNTER WAS DISRESPECTFUL AT PETERBUILT ! He acted like he could care less if I did business there! The only thing that save the man at peterbuilt from me getting VERY upset was he his his child with him at work ! Peterbuilt Of Hattiesburg you made a fatal MISTAKE! If you look back at your records you will see I own a road side repair as well as a small trucking company ! As of yesterday All have been instructed to GO TO WATERS INTERNATIONAL and all brake down calls on the side of the road that have peterbuilt will be advised to go to WATERS as well ! The people I lease with ICS Logistic Corp will also be contacted and told to put the word out for all there owner operators to AVOID this dealer ! Enjoy your restocking fee because I will never darken your door AGAIN and TRUST me as my word of a solider I will warn as many as I can of this place !!
