  I had Jacob come fix my back windshield. Jacob replaced the windshield just fine. However. Jacob left ALL of the glass in the vehicle and ALL on the ground. I have cut my hands on multiple occasions and am now having issues locking my 2026 Nissan Rogue due to the glass. I am not pleased with this service due to the now more costly issues I will be facing.

  Technician was professional and above all, very courteous! He made sure the work area was kept clean at all times and was most helpful. I couldn't be happier with Safelite.

  The customer service from this company was terrible. I ordered a windshield replacement and scheduled it for a specific day. The morning of the scheduled appointment, I received a text from Richard saying the windshield arrived cracked and that someone would call me to reschedule. That call never happened. I had already taken off work that day, which made this extremely inconvenient. Days went by and no one from the office contacted me. I tried calling but couldn’t get through. I even texted Richard again and received no response. Since I had already paid for the windshield, I felt stuck and couldn’t just go somewhere else. I went online and rebooked another appointment, took off work again, and that appointment was canceled by the office without ANY communication or prior notice. The office staff and lack of communication are the reason I would never recommend this company. The only positive part of my experience was the technician, who was thorough and provided great customer service when he finally arrived and completed the installation a week and two days later. Very disappointing experience overall.

  I thought my windshield was lost, but the technician said let me see what I can do. The windshield started off with a chip and on my way to Safelite it started spreading.He repaired a 4 inch cracked and I can barely see where it even was. I am truly grateful for the technician.
