I immediately got online and scheduled an onsite repair through Safelite. I was kind of hesitant because I have heard several people complain about services they received from Safelite. Safelite asked about my insurance and started the process for my insurance to cover the repair. I received an appointment for the next day first thing. Service technician that arrived was named Jason. The technician verified the repair I had requested and began work. The tech rolled out a hood cover so that my vehicle would not be damaged while he was working. Jason was very professional and quick with his work. I can absolutely say I was beyond please with the quickness I was able to schedule an appointment and even more satisfied with service provided. Safelite is a great company to have rock chips repair/erased. Thumbs Up!!
