Car buying experiences sometimes can be overwhelming, exhausting, and take all day and sometimes longer once you decide what you want. Pedro at Pinebelt Honda made the whole car buying experience very pleasant and it did not encompass the whole day. I felt he presented a fair price with a fair trade-in allowance, that sold me on the vehicle. After other local inquires, I made up my mind to purchase the vehicle from Pedro. Pinebelt Honda managed to get through all of the paperwork in a little over an hour and I was able to drive off the lot that day with my new 2026 Honda Odyssey. Thank you Pedro for making my purchase very pleasant.

The only negative thing was I notified when I got there, it said notification sent, I went to check about 15 minutes later and they didn’t have the notification. Other than that, service was exceptional and very timely, personnel were all extremely courteous and friendly.
