  Checked with at least 5 Ford dealerships within 100 miles from where I live. All said would be at least a week some 2 weeks to even look at it. Pine took it in Monday got the parts needed told me what it was and gave me an estimate. Got a call Wednesday at lunch and was told it was ready. Worth the 1 hour drive to pick up my F250. They even took me to the car rental on Monday. Service people very polite and professional. Will definitely be using these guys from now on.

  Just bought a 2021 Nissan Rouge with low mileage from the Used inventory. Greg McDaniel was my salesman and wow what a pleasant experience. We were encouraged to drive as much as we wanted and worked a great deal. Financing was handled in house using Keesler FCU and was a seamless process. They made sure everything on the vehicle worked as it should. I strongly recommend Pine Belt for your next new or used vehicle. They stand behind their products and service is above and beyond.   I am from out of town and had oil change done here recently. Oil change appointment was easy to set up online. I am extremely satisfied with the service because of the excellent customer service. My service advisor offered to have the service department take a look at the truck (for source of knocking sound) while the truck was raised up for oil change. I really appreciated it. I'll come back (from Louisiana) to this dealership for repair service because of how efficient and pleasant my overall experience was.

  I can’t say enough great things about Pine Belt Ford Quick Lane in Hattiesburg. From start to finish, their service was absolutely amazing. Ray, Brandon, and the entire team, not forgetting those working behind the scenes, went above and beyond with communication. They kept us updated all the way until closing time and even called back first thing at opening with another update, which meant so much to us. While it’s called a “Quick Lane,” we all know service isn’t always quick, but they exceeded every expectation. After dealing with two flat tires, being stranded, and having to get our F-150 towed by roadside assistance, they stepped in and took care of us without hesitation. From tow-in to completion, they turned everything around in just 14 hours, which is incredible. Professional, responsive, and genuinely caring, this team truly delivered when we needed it most.
