  So for I have had an amazing experience at Pine Belt Ford from buying to the service department. Definitely will buy another vehicle from them as of now.

  My wife and I were traveling between Tennessee and Texas when our vehicle broke down. Pine Belt ford quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us all the information needed to assess our options, and handled our questions despite us arriving late in the afternoon. Ultimately, we left our vehicle to be fixed and bought a used truck. It was less than a day before we were back on the road and headed home. They are very professional and considerate of whatever situation you find yourself in. I highly recommend Pine Belt Ford

  They’re always super fast and diligent with their work. I used their courtesy service to drop my car off and they took me back to work. I enjoy them communicating with me about all of my cars issues 10 out of 10 customer service. Will always be using them for my Lincoln.

  Personnel seemed nice. My only issue was they couldn’t fix the problem. Told me my vehicle was supposed to do that, but the 2 on the lot don’t do it. I’ve never seen another vehicle around that the van constantly runs the entire time the vehicle is on.

  The buying experience was fine, but trying to get a hold of someone at the business is impossible. You'll get placed on hold, and it will kick back to the front desk with an excuse of why it was declined, invited to leave a message but you won't get a call back. And while I'm trying to get a hold of the individual that handled my paperwork to find out if it got mailed, I also receive more excuses that its a different department to talk to about it.
