  I went in because I really needed something for work and had no luck shopping around. Kandace took care of us and went above and beyond to do so. She was very hospitable, professional and attentive to what I needed and offered to help with everything needed and didn't have to go above and beyond but did so out of good character. I appreciate the experience I had and recommend her if you need help finding a great deal and exceptional service. Thanks to everyone who helped me out over there. I appreciate all yall.

  Kandice is truly amazing! If you’re in the market for a vehicle, she’s the one you want by your side. She helped me find my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable from start to finish.   I dropped my car off on a Friday. They told me it’d be Monday before they could fix it but didn’t have any loaners. When it was all said and done I didn’t have my car back until the following Friday and was out 500 dollars on a rental(I work out of town and had to have a vehicle) for repairs on my car that was under warranty. Other than that everyone was very friendly, but communication could have been better. I had to call twice throughout the week for updates. I’m just happy that my car was repaired and is working well again but that 500 dollars still really set me back on something that was under warranty.

  Had a wonderful experience here. I came because my radiator fan was making a lot of noise and they had a technician come check it out (free of charge—would have cost me $200+ in Nashville) before recommending anything. It needed to be replaced—they had parts in stock, gave me quotes for parts alone and parts with labor, and got me in and out the same day. I highly recommend this shop.

  If zero was an option that’s what it would be. This was the worst experience ever. I should have known from the time when they supposedly repaired the rear differential on my dodge charger and as my son was driving home it just fell down. Me being a nice person and always giving a 2nd chance took my son s car back to them because it was over heating. They gave so many excuses and charged a diagnostic test after we refused to pay for all of the unnecessary repairs because they said we’re not the issue they said owed for another diagnostic testing. Long story short after 2 months, an extended warranty an oil change with rotated tires car is still not operational. THIS WAS THE WORST AND NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Oh yeah $700plus dollars later.
