I did not even want to consider a grand Cherokee but I left with one. I was a wrangler believer and loved my Sahara but this Cherokee is starting to grow on me.This dealership could not have been any nicer. No problems whatsoever with them. Jacob earned every bit of recognition for getting me in a Cherokee to start with. Now Jeep Factory stinks. There is absolutely no excuse to have anyone's Jeep sitting out in their parking lot for a month. Still not knowing when or if it was going to get fixed. I'm on social security disability and am not prepared to pay for another vehicle.

So they ordered a rim which was shipped overnight, and I was taken first thing Saturday morning to the service department. I was on the road in about an hour... awesome response. Can't express enough how happy I was since I had a 500 mile trip to Orlando in front of me! Great job and service.

Both sellers were awesome and helped us any way they could including initially offering to drive to us to show the vehicle and test drive it. Really good dealership to work with.
