  I recently purchased a used vehicle from Pine Belt Chevrolet in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and I wanted to share my experience to help others who might be considering a purchase there. Overall, the process was timely and low-pressure. Despite the stress that can come with a big purchase, I felt genuinely supported by two salespeople who stood out for their personal, professional approach—Kandice and Royce. They took their time to answer all of my questions and made sure I didn’t feel pressured into buying. Their patience and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. Kandice communicated very well, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys her job. She definitely made the day of purchase easy for me. A couple of notes from my experience: - Schedule daytime visits when possible. I learned the hard way that purchasing at night can make certain cosmetic issues harder to assess, even in a well-lit parking lot. - Daylight sunlight will help you spot cosmetic details more clearly. - If you’re concerned about cosmetic aspects, inspect the vehicle thoroughly in good light and thoroughly examine the car from bumper to bumper. We had a cosmetic hiccup, but the General Manager addressed the issue without hesitation. He did not try to get over on us or dismiss us. Honestly, that speaks volume, because we as customers often see this with larger companies. Pine Belt Chevrolet is part of a larger group that owns many dealerships, and they employ staff who care. That says a lot about leadership. I’m thankful for Kandice, Royce, and the General Manager for making my experience positive and contributing to me getting a restful night sleep. I would recommend Pine Belt Chevrolet in Hattiesburg to anyone who values a calm, transparent buying experience and a sales team that listens. Kandice and Royce were exceptional and helped make a potentially stressful process much more manageable.

  My husband and I were in the market for a new car and truck and Valerie Graham made us feel so special. She helped us find two great vehicles and assisted us with all the paperwork, etc. We are in our 70’s and this was a lot to take on in one day, but she was so sweet and patient with us. Made us feel that we were in great hands. The whole crew at Pine Belt were great and work as a team! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! And we love our new 2026 Traverse and 2026 Colorado pickup!
