Gave me a Ford expedition with 66,000 miles on it, almost no gas, with a bad tire that kept going almost flat. I had to keep airing it up. I didnt know what the warning light meant until I was almost all the way out of town, but why are they giving customers vehicles with warning lights flashing?? When I figured it out I called the oak grove Hattiesburg office on 98, after being hung up on 3x, finally I got through and was told to air the tire up myself. (Like i didnt know that). I asked what would happen if I got stranded on the side of the road, and was asked if I purchased the roadside assistance package. Like really?? You give me a bad vehicle, and im responsible if anything happens?? This company has went downhill since 2020. They never have enough employees working. The employees that are working mostly make it known that they don't want to be there, and everything is very disorganized. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that the expedition tag was about to expire, and she told me to come back and get the sticker put on when it expired in a week. I swear im not making this up. I told her that there is no way that I had time to do that so please put the sticker on now. So they had to go look for it. It took them 5 min of shuffling through desk papers until they found it. This company just isn't what it used to be.
